Mary (16 years teacing yoga experience) combines a strong spiritual connection with the physical Ashtanga practice.
Class days & time: Wednesdays @ 1-2 p.m. ~ October 19th thru December 7th

Cost: $80 for 8 week yoga session only
$120 for yoga plus raw salad or green smoothie
$15 drop-in class fee (raw foods not included)
